We do not, and will not photograph clients on train tracks. It is illegal, unless you have express written consent from the company that owns that specific segment of track., even if the tracks seem abandoned. For more information, see the articles linked below.
We do not, and will not, photograph clients with animals other than their own personal pets. Animals are too unreliable when it comes to interacting with people, especially children. They can be easily frightened or startled, which could lead to bites, scratches or other injuries. Also, with the possibility of an injury that breaks the skin, comes the possibility of infection. We value your safety, and the safety of your family members, too much to put anyone in that type of situation. For more information on liability and live animals, see the linked articles.
We will not photograph any subject with snakes. This is a personal phobia, and is non-negotiable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
Prints/Wall Art/Custom Items Policy:
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all photographs may be viewed by the client on our website prior to purchase, once orders have been sent, 3 Words Photography has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. All sales are final; once a transaction has been completed, it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify 3 Words Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If the wrong image is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, 3 Words Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge. 3 Words Photography does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. *NOTE: Guarantee only applies to prints and products purchased through 3 Words Photography. The guarantee does not apply if the customer purchases digital images and prints through a third party.* Payment of orders are due in full when the order is placed. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable, unless booked through a special promotion.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.
Album/Custom Photo Book Policy:
Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds/returns or exchanges unless:
A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received.
Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after
being received). In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or color/style etc.,
compared to the original recorded order.
